Timber frame front porch...
This front porch frame was installed on this beautiful new home in Brantford. The timbers are Douglas Fir. All the joinery is traditional dovetail or mortise and tenon with oak peg dowels. The frame was built on the ground and lifted into place onto the limestone pillar caps for a seamless finish.
